Refund Policy

For Bookings

If you wish to cancel your booking, you must do so3 days prior to check-in. Failure to do so will incur a 30% charge on the actual amount for per day late.

100% refund** will be made available if cancellation is made 3 days prior otherwise the above will apply.*

There will be no refund if booking is cancelled within 24 hours of check-in time.

 

For Souvenir Products

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.

You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 15 days from the purchase date.

Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.


**Refund policy of Accommodation will also be considered in the case where they have one in place.
